    J'ai choisi un mortier un peu trop grand et trop profond. Mais au moins l'aioli ne déborde pas ! Le mortier est un peu rugueux à l'intérieur , j'ai du le poncer avec du papier de verre moyen puis fin. Résultat impeccable.
